2012 BAIPA BOOK AWARDS
Begin a new year in publishing with recognition for your new book!
For the past decade BAIPA has provided its members with an exceptional awards program. In addition to the opportunity of winning an award that you can cite in your promotions, all entrants receive copies of the judges’ written evaluations of their work. As far as we know, no other organization – large or small – provides this type of feedback.

Contest Deadline: March 30, 2012
Cost to Enter: $25 (per title)
Requirements:
The book must have been published in 2010 or 2011. The contest is open only to BAIPA members, and dues must be current to enter. Titles previously judged in a BAIPA book awards program are ineligible, as are books written, produced or published by the judges or their families.
To Enter:
Send three (3) copies of each title with a check made out to BAIPA and the information requested below to the BAIPA Book Awards Program Coordinator:

Winners
Award winners will be notified by mail and will receive certificates. The winners will also be recognized in our newsletter and at our June meeting.
Books are automatically considered for “Best Cover” and “Best Design” awards. The judges may also decide to award some books “Best of” category awards. While we typically use the category specified on your entry, we reserve the option of selecting an alternate category if deemed appropriate.
The decisions of the judges and the Book Awards Program Coordinator are final. Books become the property of BAIPA and will not be returned.
